Close to the Boardwalk, parks, beaches, shops, bakeries, great restaurants, wine bar, pubs, boutique, or just nip in and grab a great coffee. 5 mins walk to town or to the beach! This newly-redecorated, modern home is perfect for your next family holiday Down South.
The Chilli Spot is a well designed and comfortable 3 x 1.5 house with plenty of parking out the front for cars boats and toys!!
This comfy home is nestled on a quiet local friendly street and wont disappoint!
Enclosed back yard makes it safe for small children.
Whilst the older ones can enjoy the quiet street location on their bikes and skateboards and spend their time exploring the great beach locations, boat ramps, parks, and the town itself.
Mum and Dad can relax with 2 living areas both with their dvd's and new flat screens.
Loads of parking out front.
Walk into town to grab a coffee/paper and stroll down to the beach.

LOCATION
The Chilli Spot is located only 600m from the Dunsborough town centre, and 700m from the beach. From Perth, the house is 237km south (2.5 - 3 hours drive)
Dunsborough is sheltered by the waters of Geographe Bay. It represents an ideal family holiday location with its quiet coves, sandy beaches, surrounding national park, nature reserves and numerous scenic walk trails. Many of the Margaret River Wine Regions fine wineries are situated only a few minutes drive from the town centre. Nearby Meelup, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay offer perfect beaches for fishing, swimming and snorkelling.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Local Attractions, apart from the many glorious swimming and surfing beaches along the Cape Naturaliste coast, include numerous award winning wineries, art/craft galleries, several breweries as well as the Margaret River Chocolate Factory, Fonti Farm cheeses & yoghurts (home of the best milkshakes in the SouthWest), Simmos Icecreamery & Country Life Farm. Many recreational sports are available from Dunsborough including Scuba Diving (The HMAS Swan wreck & The Busselton Jetty are particularly popular!), Surf Cat hire, Surfing School, golfing (2 courses available in close proximity), fishing charters, archery, caving, horse riding and whale watching (seasonal), to name a few.
