Bedding configuration and bathrooms

House comfortably sleeps 15 people with 1st bedroom has 1 queen bed , 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a single fold out, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Downstairs 4th bedroom has 1 Double bed and 1 single bed, 5th bedroom has 3 single beds and a futon, 6th bedroom has 2 single beds, There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the loungeroom. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, the main bathroom has a large spa bath.

Equipment

House is well furnished and decorated, has deck with BBQ another verandah out the front that can be closed off when cool. It is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large bench space, racked ceilings to living spaces, plenty of lounges and has a 10 seater dining table. It is well equipped with 2 TVs, Video, DVD, CD player, games to play ping pong and DVDs to watch.
