Lovely large 6 bedroom 2 storey brick house able to accommodate 2 families or small group. 5 minute walk to beautiful white sanded beaches, Blenheim, Neslons, or 15 minutes to Greenfields all without too much effort. 5 minute walk to golf club. Limited veiws of ocean.

Bedding configuration and bathrooms

House comfortably sleeps 14 people with 1st bedroom has 1 queen bed , 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a single fold out, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Downstairs 4th bedroom has 1 Double bed and 1 single bed, 5th bedroom has 3 single beds and a double futon. 6th bedroom has 2 single beds, There is also a double fold out sofa bed in the loungeroom. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, the main bathroom has a large spa bath.

Equipment

House has been recently painted and is well furnished and decorated, has verandah out the front that can be closed off when cool. It is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, large bench space, racked ceilings to living spaces, plenty of lounges and has a 10 seater dining table. It is well equipped with 3 TVs, Video, DVD, CD player, games to play and DVDs to watch. There is a BBQ out the back.
