ANNALILLI has been uniquely renovated and transformed into a luxurious light filled contemporary home while retaining all the charm of a classic Queenslander.

This house is a part of UNIQUE STAYS, a multi disciplined design team of individuals that combine the love of wonderful homes, Australian contemporary art, designer furniture and all the creature comforts to make a holiday and very special experience.

ANNALILLI is located in Lilli Pilli, a quiet nature reserve and unique part of Byron Bay. The dwelling is surrounded by trees and bushland while still having the benefits of the proximity to the township, restaurants, cafes and a 15 minute walk to beaches.

LOW SEASON ("week only" stays pricing)
$1,800 per week > 26 April to 28 June
$1,800 per week > 19 July to 27 September

YEARLY RATES (INCLUSIVE OF SCHOOL HOLIDAY PERIODS)
$380 per night > 4 nights plus (Mid year school holidays included)
$450 per night > 3 nights (Mid year school holidays included)

WEEKEND PACKAGE
$1,300 > Friday noon - Sunday 4.00pm

HIGH SEASON (block bookings of a week only)
$4,200 per week > 15 December - 31 January

On booking, a confirmation agreement will be sent out listing our
terms, conditions and cancellations. To confirm bookings, 50%
deposit and credit card details are required. Full payment required
in advance of stays. Please note: Rates are subject to change.
