Description
Featuring four bedrooms (sleeps 11) and a undercover deck with stunning views over the lake and Marina - relax on the deck or day bed and enjoy the boats on the lake and let our colourful array of birds entertain you. In the evening the local kangaroos arrive on the front lawn for a visit.
Villa Marina has a fully fenced back and side yards that are available for the safety of children and pets. Villa Marina is Pet Friendly.

Two bathrooms and 2 separate toilets - Bathroom 1 (upstairs) is large and has a bath, shower and vanity. Bathroom 2 (downstairs) has a shower and vanity. There are 2 toilets - both upstairs and down.
Two large living areas - upstairs and downstairs - both with wall mounted TV with a built in DVD/CD player and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The downstairs living room is large and is a great area for the children and teenagers. It features a wall mounted large screen TV with DVD/CD. There is a Mega games table that has billiards, air hockey, table tennis, soccer, etc. Younger children have not been forgotten and there is a children's play area with table/chairs, blocks table, toys and games. This room also has a bar fridge and sink. The sliding glass door in this area leads to a paved outdoor entertaining area with outdoor furniture.
The upstairs loungeroom has uninterrupted views of the lake and has 2 sliding glass doors that lead to the undercover deck. The furniture has been selected to make the most of the views and the day bed is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the boats on the lake. This large room also has a large screen TV with a built in DVD/CD player and another CD player has an ipod docking station.
The dining room upstairs features a large dining room table & chairs made from recycled fishing boat timber. Also provided are matching bar stools. A sliding glass door leads to the deck with a BBQ area and outdoor entertaining area.
Modern kitchen with gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and an extensive range of cooking and dining equipment.
To ensure your holiday is fun we have also provided a large range of books, DVDs, Video's, magazines, children's toys and board games. A porta cot and highchair is also available.
Undercover off street parking for up to 4 cars/boat.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Villa Marina is only a short stroll along the lake to the children's playground, undercover BBQ, supermarket, Pizza shop, fish & chip shop and Marley's Cafe.
Loch Sport is set amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, the 90 Mile Surf Beach and the safe waters of Lake Victoria; an easy 3 hour drive from Melbourne.
Loch Sport is surrounded by water and is the perfect venue for water based holiday activities. The lake offers something for everyone, a safe swimming beach for the kids, fishing options galore. Ideal for a range of watersports such as water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, yachting, or windsurfing. However, if its surf you want, there is 90 miles of pristine beach.
Loch Sport boasts numerous walking and cycling tracks around the town and along the shores of the Lake. Loch Sport offers a Marina, a great pub, tennis courts, golf course, bowls club, mini golf, children's adventure park, boat club, supermarket, bakery, cafe and a fish n chip shop.
A highlight of your trip would be a visit to the Lakes National Park where wildlife is prolific.
Pricing
Deposit $200 is required to secure a booking. Final due 2 weeks before commencement, except Dec/Jan hols when final is to be paid 1 December.
Public Holidays are charged at the weekend rate. Prefer bookings of 7 days or more for Christmas holiday period. Bookings of 4 days for Easter period and a minimum 3 night booking for long weekends.
Security bonds will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the property after a property inspection is completed.

Check Out Time 10.30 AM - unless by previous arrangement.
Departing - Basic Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise arranged. Two hours cleaning is allowed for in your rate; any additional cleaning required will be deducted from the bond.
All you are required to bring is linen which includes sheets, pillow slips, tea towels, beach towels and personal towels (including bathmats). Doonas, Doona Covers and pillows are provided.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet - please pick up dog excretement.
