Description

Spacious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom top floor unit with lots of natural light, and stunning views over Catseye Bay and the Whitsundays passage. This unit has a great beachfront position and is well located on the resort side of the island. Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite. Second Bedroom has two single beds, one with a trundle bed. In the loungeroom is a pull out sofa bed. The Kitchen comes with dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, & appliances, crockery, glassware and cutlery. Separate laundry contains washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Hibiscus 201 is set up for owners use with flat screen, Austar, DVD and CD players. Portacot, hi-chair and baby bath are also available for your convenience. Enjoy a cold beer and BBQ on the spacious balcony overlooking the bay and pools. Your booking includes your exclusive use of the electric buggy during your stay and an airport transfer on your arrival and departure. Sleeps 5.

General Useful Information

Banking
The National Australia Bank is located in the Marina Village and is open from Monday to Friday 9:30-11:30am and 12:30-3:30pm. A 24 hour ATM is also located here and an EFTPOS facility is available at the reception desk of the Reef View Hotel and at Trader Petes.

General Store
The General Store is situated in the heart of the Marina Village and provides all of your grocery needs. It is open form 8am until 9pm.

Hair + Beauty
A full range of services are available from the Hair + Beauty salon. It’s located on the resort side of the island. The open hours are 9am to 5pm daily.

Internet
Internet facilities are available at Sirius Communications at Mango Tree Corner and Toucan Tango’s.

Medical Service
The Medical Centre is located on the resort side of the island. Hours are 8:30am-12pm and 4-6pm on Monday to Friday and 10am-12pm on Saturdays. Appointments are necessary. The doctor is available 24 hours a day for emergency treatment. Payment is required at the time of treatment.

Photo Service
Professional photographers are available for private hire. The Photo Shop is located on the resort side of the island, opposite the Bungalow reception and is open daily from 7:30am to 8:30pm.

Post Office
Mail can be collected and sent from the Post Office in the Marina Village located under Spinnakers Bar & Grill. Open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and on Saturday 9am-12 noon.

Telephones
Mobile phones work on Hamilton Island. Coin and card operated phones are located around the Marina Village, in the Yacht Club, in the Resort Centre and the lobby of the Reef View Hotel.

Beach House
The beach house is Hamilton Island’s signature restaurant, with spectacular island views and an array of culinary delights.

Toucan Tango Cafe & Bar
The hub of Hamilton Island overlooking Catseye Beach. Toucan Tango is the place to go for buffer breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner. The Toucan Tango Bar is open till late.

Romano’s Italian Restaurant
Romano’s offers innovative Italian cuisine on the magnificent marina foreshore, with a fresh seafood menu that change daily.

Spices Asian Restaurant
‘A Taste of the East” featuring a variety of Eastern cuisines including Thai, Malaysian, Indonesian and Indian.

Spinnakers Bar and Grill
For the juiciest steaks in the Whitsunday’s the relaxed and casual Spinnakers in Marina Village is the place to be.

Mariners Seafood Restaurant
Regulars will notice some great changes at Mariners including an impressive renovation and a new menu. One thing that hasn’t changed is the famous seafood fare of lobsters, bugs, prawns, oysters and its great location overlooking the harbour. A must for seafood lovers.

Outrigger Restaurant
Located at the end of Catseye Beach the Outrigger Restaurant combines a gently Polynesian ambience with fine dining, an extensive international menu and a definitive modern Australian style. Specialising in seafood the Outrigger is a long time favorites for sailors.

Manta Ray Cafe
Perched over the water offering superb views of the harbour and Dent Island, Manta Ray is the first choice for the finest wood fired pizzas in the Whitsunday’s as well as selection of a la carte meals, cakes, coffees and takeaways.

Denison Star
If you want a place for great views and delicious dining Denison Star can cater for all your needs. Situated in the marina right on Front Street where all the action is, come and enjoys happy hour prices, cocktails, wine & cheese, excellent coffee and superb service.

Cascades Breakfast Room
Located on the ground floor of the Reef View Hotel, Cascades Breakfast Room opens daily and offers continental and full buffet breakfasts in a tropical garden setting.

Yacht Club Tavern
The Yacht Club Tavern is the hub activity. It is the perfect place to sit and soak in the atmosphere. The bottle shop features a free beverage delivery service which is available to your boat so you can stock up.

Bakery
For a wide selection of sandwiches, filled rolls, salad packs, breakfast, croissants, cookies, muffins, pies, sausage rolls, cakes and cold drinks. The Bakery offers hassle free catering with lunch hampers and snacks. Orders are essential.

Harbourside Eatery
A popular choice for fish and chips, fresh takeaway seafood, BBQ chicken, hamburgers and a large selection of fresh salads.

Ice-cream Parlour
The Ice-cream Parlour offers a range of ice-cream sundaes, waffle cones, yo-frosts and milkshakes, o if you are in the mood for something hot, try coffee or a hot chocolate.

Marina Deli
Fast and fresh Marina Deli is famous for its selection of gourmet sandwiches, rolls, salads, pastas and more. Fresh juices and great coffee available.

  • "Absoutely beautiful unit, spacious and clean with great views of the water and Catseye Beach. Easy walking access to a number of great pools, I think the kids swam 75% of the time we were on the island. Having access to a buggy was a plus to get around the island. The bonus of staying in this unit is that we ordered our groceries for the week from Coles online which were delivered the day we arrived. "

  • "This apartment is excellent with beautiful view from the balcony, lounge and the main bathroom. The surrounding landscape is so nice and well-maintenance. The location is very good, it is closed to all the amenities. Kitchen cooking facility is fantastic, 2 bathrooms are so clean and spacious. The main bedroom is so big and nice with built-in wardrobe and ensuite. My family with 2 teen-boys are really enjoyed. The only thing that I wish is if the pool could be heated in winter time. The staff to pick us at the airport is so helpful. I strongly recommend this. A big thanks you to the admin staff who helped me to book this apartment."

  • "Five star accommodation, views, location. Everything was perfect: the apartment was clean, modern and spacious, with a very well equipped kitchen and, most importantly, ducted air-con. Having a friendly and capable valet looking after us and being able to use a buggy for free was great. We will definitely be back !!!!"

  • "Great apartment with lots of space, fantastic views and wonderful ducted air conditioning. Had everything we needed - even for our baby and toddler (eg highchair, baby bath, stroller)and the free use of buggy made it easy for us to all get around. Really close to the beautiful lagoon pools and beach. Much better value than resort rooms or other apartments and having a proper kitchen and dining table etc meant we could cook what we wanted (there is a supermarket but whitprov.com.au and Fausts IGA on mainland delivered at reasonable prices). "
