Our self-contained garden house has spacious living areas and a private terrace overlooking the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. Tasteful furnishings, quality fittings, modern catering equipment, a cosy woodheater, television/video player and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable and restful stay.

The living-room leads to the terrace where you can relax on sunbeads or snooze in a hammock under a tree and listen to a variety of birdsong.

Both bedrooms have luxury queensized beds and look out over the surrounding gardens, lawns and trees.

Kettering is the ideal centre for visiting Bruny Island, the Airwalk, the Harz Mountains, local vinyards and restaurants.
For the more active hire a canoe or yacht from Kettering Marina and try the fishing in the D'Entrecasteaux Channel.
Don't forget Salamanca Market on Saturday morning!

Fresh local produce including free range eggs, cereals and fruit in season are included in the complimentary breakfast for your first morning.
