The open plan kitchen and dining room and lounge with gas fireplace open through expansive sliding glass doors onto a panoramic balcony with outdoor table and chairs over looking the beaches and hinterland.

The apartment is situated in the boutique One Mile Ridge gated complex; exclusive and architecturally renowned. The complex includes a shared infinity/ wet edge pool and spa also positioned to take advantage of the spectacular views. The pool is comfortably heated- not too hot but able to plunge in straight away. In addition to these facilities, 18 One Mile Ridge boasts its own private outdoor "couples" spa .

Beach Access

Access to the Beach
The superb patrolled, surfing beach of One Mile Beach is part of the vista from the apartment. Direct access to beautiful One Mile beach beach is provided by a bush path (for the fit and able) from the complex grounds taking 5-7 minutes on the downhill journey. Alternatively it is only a 2 minute drive to this surfing beach or another 2 minute drive in the other direction to the calm waters of Boat Harbour .

Positioned adjacent to Tomaree National Park 18 One Mile Ridge's position ensures privacy and unobstructed views. Beautiful bushwalks are literally on your back doorstep.

Other bushwalks from the apartment lead to the tranquil child friendly waters of Boat Harbour or to the pristine untouched beauty of the surf at Kingsley and Little Kingsley beaches.
