This single level home is located only a short drive to Cowes main shopping area and approx 10 minutes walk to the beach.
Inside the property is open plan and sunny with polished floor tiles, leather sofas, TV and DVD player, there is a split system heating and cooling unit in the main living area and a central dining table as well as bar stools at the kitchen bench , there are sliding doors opening on to the small fully fenced courtyard. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric cooking, a microwave and a dishwasher,the kitchen is fully self contained with all cooking facilities pots and pans etc.
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom having a queen size bed and an ensuite, there is a family bathroom and the laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The garage is available for use and there is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting in the courtyard.
This nice and sunny stand alone unit is the perfect location for your next family holiday or weekend away. This property is in a great location for easy access to Phillip Island racetrack events.
