Description

Noosa Beach Hound is a two story house backing onto Noosa National Park and ejoying coastal beach breezes. Several decks/patios are available for outside relaxation on the front, side and rear of the house.
The backyard is fully fenced with room for children/dogs to run around. A sun drenched inground salt water pool is fenced separately for your enjoyment.

DOWNSTAIRS
1st Bedroom - 1 queen size bed - TV
2nd Bedroom - 2 single beds - TV/DVD/CD player
Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans open onto outside undercover deck with security doors.
A bathroom (with bath) and separate toilet and laundry facilities are easily accessable.

The house is tiled throughout for easy maintenance. Bed linen, bath towels and cleaning products are included in the weekly rental rates.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS

Enquires will usually be answered within a few hours.

The cost of cleaning and linen will be confirmed in the initial email response (for stays of less than 1 week).

If you decide to proceed with a booking we will request a deposit to secure the dates.

At this time we also require the name, residential address and land line number of each individual or family group that stays at Noosa Beach Hound for security reasons and insurance coverage.

The balance of tariff and security bond must be credited to our account at least 30 days prior to your stay. Ensure you have read and agree to all terms and conditions below before paying your deposit.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS

Your booking will be confirmed via email following receipt of your deposit and confirmation of your residential address.

Instructions for collecting the keys will be emailed approximately 1 week prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days + before arrival - loss of 50% of deposit

10 to 30 days - loss of deposit. The balance of the tariff will be refunded if property is re-let for same period.

Tariff not refunded with less than 10 days notice (security bond refunded) unless property is re-let for same period.

Deposit may be forfeited and booking terninated if the balance of tariff and security bond is not received in full by the due date.

All bookings are at the discretion of the owners.

We suggest you consider comprehensive travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen cancellation.

The owners of Noosa Beach Hound take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.


INTERNATIONAL VISITORS

Please note: all prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclusive of bank charges.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check in 2.30pm. Check out by 9.30am.

We supply sheets, towels, pillows, doonas, blankets, mattress and pillow protectors. There is only 5 hours between bookings for housekeeping to prepare the house for new guests. Any additional cleaning time returning the house to same condition as you found it will be deducted from the bond at $50 per hour.

PETS

Your outside dog is welcome at Noosa Beach Hound as the backyard fully fenced and secure with ample covered areas and a dog bed.

An inside dog will be considered on application at time of booking.

If it is necessary to repair damage caused by your pet, this will be deducted from the bond. We ask that the animals not be allowed on the furniture, in bedrooms and strictly not in the pool itself.

Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property.


BOND REFUND

Guests address and bank details should be supplied prior to arrival. The security bond will be refunded provided the property is left in the same condition as you found it.

DURING YOUR STAY

You agree that during your stay that you will use the house for domestic purposes only and that you will comply with the following conditions.
Maximum of 6 overnight guests.
Parties and functions are not allowed.
Noise levels must be kept to a normal residential level.
Bookings are not accepted for Schoolies week/s.
Dogs are not permitted in the pool itself.
Contravention of any or all of these conditions could result in termination of tenancy or loss of bond.

PROBLEMS DURING YOUR STAY

We would prefer to be made aware of any problems you may encounter immediately to minimize your discomfort. If you have a breakage or a problem that is not an emergency please leave a note for housekeeping. If there is an emergency please refer to contact details in the guest folder.

Beautiful beaches to swim and explore. Castaways Beach is dog friendly.
National Parks with walking trails to isolated headlands. Access to the North Shore and Cooloola National Park.
Fishing: beach, rivers, estuary and offshore.
Fine dining in world class restaurants and a variety of clubs.
Local markets for fresh produce: Noosa, Peregian and Eumundi.
Mountainous hinterland with superb views. Towns such as Cooroy, Pomona, Montville and Maleny each have their own special appeal.
Boutique shopping in Hastings Street.
Cruise the Noosa River by ferry or cruise boat.
Explore the everglades and discover wilderness.
Local attractions such as wineries, wildlife parks and strange hotels are world famous.

Note: Pricing is subject to change, and a minimum stay period and other conditions may apply. You should confirm pricing with the property owner.

PLEASE NOTE: WEEKLY RATES for our off-peak, and school holiday tariffs offer discounts of $80 to $130 per week for bookings of 7 plus days and include cleaning and linen fees in the weekly price.

.Shorter stays may attract a cleaning and linen fee of between $25 and $85.
