Description
Noosa Beach Hound is a two story house backing onto Noosa National Park and ejoying coastal beach breezes. Several decks/patios are available for outside relaxation on the front, side and rear of the house.
The backyard is fully fenced with room for children/dogs to run around. A sun drenched inground salt water pool is fenced separately for your enjoyment.

Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans open onto outside undercover deck with security doors.
A bathroom (with bath) and separate toilet and laundry facilities are easily accessable.
The house is tiled throughout for easy maintenance. Bed linen, bath towels and cleaning products are included in the weekly rental rates.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ENQUIRIES AND BOOKINGS
Enquires will usually be answered within a few hours. If you don't hear from us, please contact us via phone or email, as there may be an issue beyond our control.
The cost of cleaning and linen is included in the tariff for bookings of 7 plus nights.
Stays of less than 7 nights may attract a pro-rata cleaning and linen fee of between $25 and $100 and this fee will be confirmed in the initial email response.
If you decide to proceed with a booking we will request a deposit to secure the dates.
At this time we also require your residential address for security & insurance coverage.
Your booking will be confirmed via email following receipt of your deposit and confirmation of your residential address.
The balance of tariff and a bond are payable 30 days prior (if applicable) to your arrival. (Refundable less any damages, theft/loss, additional cleaning, postage or extra guests)
The security bond will be transferred to your nominated account once our housekeeping submits a satisfactory inspection and reconciliation following your departure.
If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen or changed
circumstances then Management will inform you immediately and any moneys paid will be refunded in full.
The house is strictly non-smoking, no commercial functions or parties and not available for end of school year celebrations.
PETS
Why leave your pets at home when you want to holiday in Noosa? Noosa Beach Hound is a pet friendly property.
Please be aware that normal bond conditions apply to damage to gardens, lawns, screen doors, furniture and other property caused by pets.
Pet waste is to be picked up and properly disposed of by the owner before departing the property.
Dogs are permitted inside the house, however they must not be allowed on furniture or bedding or in the pool itself.
