Nautilus sets new standards in beach house holidays with everything you would expect.

Nautilus is a gorgeous near new Scott Salisbury built home, just a short stroll to Horseshoe Bay. It is spacious and it is fitted with luxurious appointments.

There is fully ducted R/C air conditioning for your year round comfort.

At Nautilus we provide all of the comforts including Plasma TV, DVD/Video player, video library of 50 videos (including titles for children through to adult movies), outdoor furniture and a table soccer table.

Nautilus has a fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances including dishwasher, gas cooktop, oven and family fridge.

There are three generous bedrooms (all quality linen supplied) plus a double sofa bed in the downstairs family area. The master suite upstairs has a queen sized bed, full sized bathroom and enormous walk in robe.

The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds.

Four couples in your group? No problem at Nautilus, as we can convert the two single beds nto a luxurious king sized bed (small charge applies).

All of our beds are new, quality beds, there are NO bunk beds at any of our homes.

There is also a port a cot for the little one in your family.

Nautilus features two gorgeous bathrooms. The master bathroom upstairs has a huge double shower while the downstairs bathroom has a bath to saok your cares away.

Nautilus is also a pet friendly home for up to 2 pets. Conditions do apply for this service. Please note: We are unable to accommodate pets during the summer school holidays due to an agreement with our neighbours.

Relax on your last day, our staff take care of the cleaning, ensuring spotless presentation at all times.

Horseshoe Bay, the Flying Fish Cafe and the Soldiers Memorial Gardens are only metres away. Nautilus is a perfect home for family holidays, romantic escapes, the bride or groom, wedding guests or honeymoons!

The presentation is spotless as all of our properties are professionally cleaned by our staff between bookings.

All professionally laundered bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied. This includes quilt covers, starched sheets and pillow cases, fluffy king sized bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. All of the beds have quality dunas/duvets/quilts.

A port a cot is available at all homes excepting Calypso for the little one in your family. Seaspell and Beachcomber also have fixed stair gates.

SPECIALS
Pricing starts from just $425.00 for a ROMANTIC GET A WAY. Two nights all incl- 2 guests twin share in the master suite, including linen, wine & chocolates.

Please note: A baby under two years old using our port a cot in your room stays free of charge. If you require more bedrooms for your stay, an extra charge applies. Romantic specials are subject to seasonal availability and are not offered during the summer school holidays.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500.00 is required before arrival. In most cases this can be arranged by credit card by completing a form (as is done at Motels, conditions apply). If you prefer, the bond can be paid by cheque, money order or bank transfer and the funds are refunded to you after your stay.

PETS
Nautilus is fully fenced and suitable for a maximum of two pets (excluding puppies and kittens and the summer school holiday period). We also accommodate pets at Tradewinds, Beachcomber and one small pet is welcome at Meridian. (Conditions apply).

SCHOOLIES WEEK
Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer accommodation to students during schoolies week in November.
