The Christmas period is charged at high season rates and is from 15th Dec until 15th Jan. There is a 7 night minimum stay.

There is also a two week high season rate during the Easter Holidays.

Accomodation

Gaia Beach House is an award winning Asian influence inspired residence designed for tropical living.

Constructed of timber and stone, the beach home is over two levels and comfortably provides accommodation for up to eight people, in four large bedrooms all with ensuite. The living, kitchen and dining areas are expansive, and feature bi-fold doors that seamlessly open the entire beach home to the amazing sights and sounds of the Coral Sea at Trinity Beach.

The beach house"s entry is on the upper level, along with two bedrooms both featuring King size beds, wooden floors, and louvres opening to catch the sea breezes and beach views. There are a further two bedrooms downstairs, one queen size and the master suite. The Master room has a king size bed, double bathroom with luxury spa bath, and a beautiful private courtyard featuring a hand cut and laid stone wall. All of the bedrooms are individually decorated with a rich eclectic mix of fine fabrics and furnishings.

Beachside living at its finest describes the lower level of the beach house. This enormous open space, with honed limestone floors and raked wooden ceilings, where the ocean and sparkling blue pool can be seen from every angle, will sooth your soul.

The comfortable lounge area is framed by the stunning pool, separated only by glass louvres, and is of course outfitted with wide screen television, cable access, DVD player and stereo. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite bench tops and stainless steel appliances awaits the catch of the day.
