A spacious home divided into 2 x three bedroom, 1 x two bedroom and 1 x 1 bedroom apartments. All the apartments are well equipped, comfortable and designed for easy family living.

The four self contained apartments can be let individually or let in any combination you desire. In total the four apartments can accommodate 25 people.

The accommodation cost for renting the whole complex out is as follows:

$465 per night or $2,790 per week - Low Season Rate - November to May

$660 per night or $3,960 per week - High Season Rate - June to October

Three bedroom upstairs apartment with BBQ facilities.

Enjoy breathtaking views of Trinity Beach and the Coral Sea from the 105 sq m balcony.

It has a beautiful kitchen, enormous lounge / dining room, queen bedroom with ensuite and two twin rooms. Additional fold out bed and cot are available if required.

Maximum occupancy is 7 people plus a baby.

$140 per night or $840 per week - Low Season Rate - November to May

$245 per night or $1470 per week - High Season Rate - June to October


GARDEN APARTMENT -

Direct views of the Coral Sea from the 52m² patio.

This very comfortable accommodation consists of a Queen bedroom, two twin rooms, one bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, dining area plus lounge with a large comfortable double sofa bed.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people plus a baby.

$125 per night or $750 per week - Low Season Rate - November to May

$175 per night or $1,050 per week - High Season Rate - June to October


COUPLES HIDEAWAY -

Air-conditioned value at the beach.

Secluded apartment with a queen bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge. A cot can be provided.

Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge and dining area.

Ocean glimpses are available from your from your patio.

Maximum occupancy is 2 adults plus 2 small children, or 3 adults.

$95 per night or $570 per week - Low Season Rate - November to May

$105 per night or $630 per week - High Season Rate - June to October


LYCHEE TREE

Two bedroom ground floor apartment set back in the property and surrounded by gardens and trees ensuring tranquillity.

The beach is literally a stones throw from he apartment.

This apartment has just been renovated.

Maximum occupancy is 6 people (Queen Bed plus two singles plus a double sofa bed).

$105 per night or $630 per week - Low Season Rate - November to May

$135 per night or $810 per week - High Season Rate - June to October


A slight surcharge may apply for low season School / Public Holidays or guests sleeping on fold out or sofa beds.
