The cabin has absolute frontage to the Shoalhaven River on the South Coast of N.S.W and was recently featured in the south coast's glossy lifestyle magazine SOUTH COAST STYLE

The dramatic sandstone escarpment is at the back door, the meandering river at the front door.

From the sandstone courtyard of this recently renovated "Cream Shed" you will be able to take in the magnificent river scene with Cambewarra Mountain in the distance.
A short 15 minute drive west of Nowra, Longreach is a very comfortable drive to Jervis Bay, Berry and Kangaroo Valley.

Minimum 2 Night Booking

The cabin is a perfect weekend getaway for couples. We have been operating for five years now and many couples return to the cabin because of the beauty and privacy the property offers. At 'Longreach' you can walk, fish and swim. You can relax and watch the cows and horses graze on the river flats or you can do all of that and take some time to explore the beautiful surrounds of the south coast. Kangaroo Valley, Berry and Jervis Bay are all short drives away.

If you choose to you can really escape and socialise with nothing but kangaroos and wombats, 'Longreach' offers complete privacy.

  • "This is one of those MUST visit destinations. its as if this gorgeous cottage was plucked out of Woollahra in sydney and tranported to Longreach. the gardens are stunning, the chickens and roosters that come to visit, the cows and calves, the horse and the 3 friendly dogs and a simply stunning Peacock. The property owners are so lovely and accomodating to ensure a GREAT stay. This place is truly AMAZING and so incredibly peaceful!!! the hardest part of the stay - leaving..."
