At 35 square metres, Sunray is a cozy, private, clean, comfortable, non-smoking, Studio Apartment - climate controlled for year-round comfort. You can see a floor plan on our website - but if you're looking for a new high-rise apartment, we are not for you.
Inclusions:
Your rate includes early check in and late check out (when available), initial tea and fresh coffee supplies, personalised check in with local briefing, and all linen.
Facilities:
Our building is listed as 'Significant Architecture of Tasmania' but behind the 40's art-deco facade is your modern Studio Apartment in a convenient ground floor garden location. Double glazing ensures maximum warmth and minimum noise.
The separate kitchenette has facilities for light meal preparation; you have a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frypan and steamer, crockery, cutlery and glassware. No hotplates.
The bathroom has toilet, shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
The main room has an HD TV (18 free-to-air channels) with DVD player, free movies, mini stereo with CD's, lounge, clock radio alarm and queen size bed.

Parking:
No off-street parking; ample on-street. Business hours: some free 2 hour parking otherwise metered. Other times, public holidays and weekends all parking is free and unrestricted. Longer term & overnight parking is available at Salamanca Square public carpark.
