This cosy 3 bedroom house is located straight across the road from beach, lagoon and park. The lagoon has lots of poddy mullet, flathead and bream an ideal spot to teach kids to fish, the park has a large family play area and access directly across wooden walk bridge onto beach as shown, the Dalmeny Shopping Centre is about 2 minutes walk and sells every thing you would want e.g IGA with bottle shop, paper shop, hairdressers, take away food and coffee shop. There is a shared cycleway and walkway that goes for miles to headland and lakes. A perfect place for the whole family.

Inclusions

The property sleeps 8 people 2 queen size beds in 2 bedrooms and the other bedroom has 2 double bunks. There is a dishwasher, microwave, big TV, DVD & video also a number of videos and books for your pleasure, washing machine, dryer, gas B.B.Q, heater, fans and lock up garage, there are also 2 new adult pushbikes for your use. We supply pillows and blankets all you require is sheets, pillow cases and towels, there is coffee, tea and some condements in the cupboards for your use. We cater for couples and families. No schoolies or teenage groups please.

Dalmeny/Narooma is the perfect place for holidays with beautiful beaches and waterways for both big game fishing around Montague Island, lake and river fishing, patrolled beaches and safe swimming areas. One of the most unspoiled areas on the South Coast. There are a number of Clubs, Restaurants and Coffee Shops for your dining pleasure.
For the golfer Narooma has one of the worlds best golf courses in Australia.
