Mangificent property on the banks of the Blackwood River, 4.5 Star AAA B&B with ensuites, own entry and separate to main house. 2 x S/C 2 story spa cottages, Silver Service Dining in main house dining room for up to 10 people (min 4)licensed, central to South West District and wineries (45mins to most), 1/2 hour to edge of great Karri Forests, property walks, arboretum, garden ponds (lots of frogs), access to river, croquet lawn, summer house, garden pavilion, full house bookings available, extremely private and peaceful, beautifully appointed rooms and over 65 varieties of birdlife (including Splendid Blue Wrens and Golden Whistlers) to watch from your verandah or the garden. Redgum Hill is 10 minutes to Nannup and 15 minutes to Balingup.

Ensuite Rooms

Ensuite Rooms are fully serviced with a/c, TV DVD, CD dining and reading nooks, reading books, games, ceiling fans, electric blanket, tea and coffee, separate entry to main house, verandah overlooking gardens, walk around gardens, ponds. Meals available in room and breakfast basket included in tariff. Enjoy complimentary chocolates and an apperitif on arrival in your beautifully appointed room. Very suitable for pensioners.

Cottages and Villa

Our self-contained cottages comprise cedar spas, verandahs, BBQ, TV, DVD, CD, reading books, games, log fires overlooking the dam (Duffy's) and river and forrest (Gumnut).

Gumnut is very romantic and gorgeous with a Juliet Balcony and Duffy's is a larger more sophisticated cottage with a 3 sided verandah. Both cottages are warm and cosy in winter and very private. So relax in your new cedar spa overlooking the property or simply watch birds from your balcony sampling wine and the local fauna.

Duffy's is very suitable for pensioners and disabled.
