Nestled in the sand dunes of Culburra Beach, this recently renovated beach house provides ample accommodation for two families or three couples. The large open plan tiled living areas spill onto a large balcony featuring a gas BBQ, whilst the back decks and fully fenced yard provides additional space for children and pets.
All new furniture and fittings
This quality home features a gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, large screen TV, video/DVD and stereo CD. Upstairs are two good sized queen bedrooms, each with bathroom, the master includes a spa for two. The downstairs bedrooms contain a duo bunk and single bunk with trundle, and there is an additional bathroom and separate laundry.
The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 80 metres from the pet friendly sands of Culburra surf beach. Be lulled by the sound of the waves whilst sleeping or relaxing outdoors - a perfect family holiday or romantic getaway just 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney.
No need to leave your best friend at home
Dogs are welcome on Culburra Beach, on leash between 8 am and 4 pm, otherwise off leash under control. Benjamin's Beach House caters for well-behaved dogs, but please keep out of bedrooms, upstairs bathrooms and off furnishings and curtains. The back yard is fenced with locked side gates and kennel and trampoline are provided. Please bring own bedding for pets who normally sleep indoors.
As with any beachfront areas, you need to ensure your dog has tick prevention. Seek advice from your vet at least 2 weeks prior to your holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and didn't want to leave. You have well and truely catered for people and dogs alike. The house was more than we expected and had everything anyone could need. It was peaceful and relaxing soaking up the sun on the back deck after a walk along the beach, listening to the birds and the ocean. Tammy needed the rest during the day after trying to round up the waves in typical border collie style, and did just that in the shade of the trees in the backyard. BBQ's on the front deck were also enjoyable. We did some sightseeing around the local area, but with the house set up and the beach - we would have been happy staying in culburra and look forward to coming back for another holiday in the near future.
Once again we absolutely loved our stay at Benjamin's Beach House. The house is so well equipped and is kept in fantastic condition. Our family spent Earth Hour on the front deck in the pitch black playing games and watching the falling stars - not easily seen in Sydney. BBH has the best of both worlds, it's nestled away in the beautiful green trees but yet only 1 minute walk to a fantastic clean beach. No need to mention the dogs absolutely love it and of course so did we. We look foward to our next stay at BBH. Regards, The Davidson Family.
The house and location were ideal. Bosco our chocolate lab was in seventh heaven running and frolicking in the surf - something he is not able to do too easily in Sydney. He also enjoyed his excursions to Callala Beach and Greenwell Point for some local oysters and prawns. The garden was secure and he could happily sniff around too if we left him at home. Bosco has been sleeping a lot since his holiday. All that salt air and exercise. Your house is well set up and you have provided many nice little touches to make it extremely comfortable. Rain or shine the decks and barbecue get a good workout. We were lucky with brilliant sunshine but I am sure we would have enjoyed it in the rain. Maybe I would have opened that book. We are very much looking forward to returning at the end of the year.

Once again thanks for letting us stay at Benjamin's house!! He's a lucky dog and how much better to go down south where dogs are allowed on beaches. Made taking Tia on holiday an absolute breeze. It was a great place to stay.
We thought Benjamins Beach House was very well set up. The property was excellent, close to the beach yet still vey quiet and peaceful. The dog LOVED the house and location. The week was very enjoyable and we would recommend the property to other familys without hesitation.
We had a gorgeous stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were lots of "extras" provided for - The house is extremely well set up and has excellent cooking utensils. My husband was thrilled to find the bbq.
We would recommend the house to anyone especially with a dog. Hayley (our
lab) slept outside our bedroom door on her mat. She could see us so was quite content and after the first night was so exhausted from swimming and beach walking it wasn't a problem anyway.

We had a very enjoyable long weekend at Benjamin's Beach House. Loved the house and the location and the proximity to the beach was great for walking the dogs. The house was very cosy, even on the coldest night and the insulation worked well on sound too- we did not hear the rain or wind from inside. The dogs loved the protected back deck and also appreciated the big kennel, the trampoline and the toys.The appointments in the house were first class and everything had been thought of. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed.
Very important too was that the beds were very comfortable. It's not always easy to find quality accommodation that is also pet friendly. We would definitely like to go back.

Christine and I had a very relaxing two days at the Beach House. Relaxing on the back deck in the warm sunshine reading books, when not exploring the area.
You have thought of everything, magazines and books for the adults, games and videos for the children and not to mention treats and toys for any four- legged friends of Benjamin. Entertainment systems that may not be familiar to guests have easy to read instructions. A short walk to the beach tops it all off.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was lovely, spacious & light. We had a day of rain and a day of sunshine and both were perfect days. The location was perfect...head to the beach in your swimmers. And your attention to detail was the perfect finishing touch, the doggy biscuits, your notes etc.We're definitely recommending your house to our friends!
