Watch the boats coming and going from the Marina

Set a short distance up the hill in the middle of Airlie Beach overlooking the Marina and only 600 metres from the shops and transport you will find a top quality 3 bedroom apartment just waiting for you. Upon entering the property, the first thing you will notice is the spectacular view. Whether you are sitting in the lounge, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, lazing in the master bedroom or sitting back on the balcony, you will enjoy this stunning view. Looking out at all the moored boats, watching the charter boats coming and going from the islands or watching the Tiger Moth performing aerobatics in the sky above is all part of the experience.

When you arrive at this property, parking is a breeze as it is right by the front door. There are no stairs to climb to reach the unit however there are stairs up to the bedroom areas.

Upon entry into the titled open plan living area you will come face to face with that spectacular view of Abel Point Marina and beyond. The living area extends into the kitchen and out onto the balcony. The single garage has internal access into the laundry area where a 3rd toilet is conveniently located.

When you go up the beautiful timber stairs you will find 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both the Master and second bedroom capture views of the marina.
