$300 Security Deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This is fully refundable after your stay so long as the apartment is left in a reasonably clean condition.
The remaining 80% balance of total stay payment is required at least 21 days before commencing your stay (unless booking at short notice).
Prices are based on 2 people staying. An additional nightly rate of $20 person applies to a maximum of 4 people in total.
Payment Methods: Visa and Master card payments and Direct Debit Transfer.
Please note that this apartment is located in a quiet residential apartment building and is not suitable for noisy functions, parties or activities that could disturb the neighbours.
You will be provided with a mobile contact number to call during your stay to ensure that everything goes as smoothly as possible. You will find our service both professional and prompt.
Please note that short bookings under 14 days in duration will only be accepted if they fall within the next month.
