This beautifully furnished family home newly available starting Feb 2013 is the perfect stop if your house is being repaired by EQC / if you are relocating to Christchurch for work & need temporary accommodation until you find a suitable rental.

It comfortably sleeps 6 (2x singles in each room - one set can be pushed together to make a queen).

Each room is equipped with a heater, electric blankets & main areas are warm & sunny with a heat pump & fireplace for the odd chilly night.

Sky TV with sports, movies & entertainment provided on tv in lounge TV (46 inch Sony flat screen) & wifi access available.

Off-road parking for up to 4 vehicles with a double garage & gated entry. Lockable outdoor storage shed also available on request.

There is a 7 night minimum stay on this property - OR for longer stays give us a call to discuss your requirements & we will be happy to help!
