A comfortable, well-equipped holiday house.
Accommodation: First floor has living/dining room & kitchen, which open on to the front balcony, Main bedroom (queen bed), bathroom with shower/bath, 2nd Bedroom with single bed & trundle opens on to rear balcony.
Ground floor studio (no kitchen) has 2 single beds, double futon, sitting area with TV. Bathroom/laundry with shower. Opens on to large under cover BBQ and dining area.
The village of Berrara is surrounded by water and National Park, so you can walk straight from the house to any of 3 beaches, rock pools, Berrara Lagoon (beside a grassy park with childrens' playground). All in around 5 minutes.
Excellent bushwalking and 4WD trips start right from the house. (maps & guides are in the house).
Fishing is great all year.
Kangaroos are always to be seen, as are many parrots and other birds. Late winter and spring are the best times for wildflowers.
Supplies are available from the small general store & cafe at the Dunes Resort (3km), and Sussex Inlet (7km) has all sorts of shops, places to eat and clubs.
