The River Cottage is ideally suited for romantic celebrations such as wedding nights, honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays...or when you just wish to close the door on the world. At The River Cottage every visit is a special occasion.

All of your needs have been thought of, from the quality teas and coffees to the Tim Tams you will find in the fridge. (Just beside the sparkling wine and chocolate!)

The Kitchen is equipped with fresh herbs from the garden, olive oil for the BBQ, sauces, seasonings and gourmet breakfast ingredients.

Light the candles and pop the champagne cork. Enjoy the huge oval spa and locally made luxuries such as Manuka honey bubble bath, essential and olive oil soaps.

Venture outside and you will enjoy discovering the beautiful cottage gardens full of colourful flowers, herbs and vegetables. The double hammock hangs under the climbing roses, surrounded by lavender bushes with the fragrance of Port Wine Magnolia's drifting by.

His and her mountain bikes, helmets and bike locks are supplied. Also, the use of tennis court is free of charge.

Just leisurely strolls away are the township, attractions and facilities of Warburton. Stroll along the main street to the Polish Jester Cafe to enjoy a flavoured vodka nightcap, or dine in one of the cosy cafes in Warburton

A second bedroom with queen-sized bed is also available for 2 couples wanting to holiday together, girls weekend away etc. Second bedroom is an additional $100 per night for a second couple or can be booked for twin-share @ $50 extra per night.

This cottage is beautiful. We loved the blazing fire on arrival, the fluffy robes, the champagne & port, but best of all was the "Love Seat". We're going furniture shopping!! The touches were gorgeous; the flowers, fresh herbs... So romantic.
