Bryants B&B is located at the rear of our property.
Guests have thier own private court yard for entertainment and relaxing. In addition to this, Bryants B&B also includes shared access to Sauna, Spa, Swimming Pool and BBQ facilities.
Ideal for families or couples to enjoy. Bryants B&B is a self contained two bedroom cottage that can sleep up to 5 people.
With the beach, shops, food and entertainment only a 2 minute walk or take a short drive to golf, horse riding and wineries, this is an ideal location.

Pool closed over winter months.
Guests visitors are welcome between the hours of 10 am and 10 pm.
Please note : The number of visitors must not exceed the number of Guests.
Approximately 90km from Melbourne and a 1.5 hr drive.
Public transport changes at Frankston from train to the peninsula bus lines which will take you to Rye.
The airport bus will take you to Rosebud, which is 10 minutes North of Rye by car.
Or catch the Sorrento to Queenscliff ferry to Sorrento, which is 15 minutes South of Rye by car.
