ABS0LUTE BEACHFRONT (walk out of your door and onto the beach) - Moana Beach Rendezvous and Retreat are an ideal for wine or golfing enthusiasts, or those seeking a relaxing beachside holiday. Just 30 mins from Adelaide Airport and 5-10 minutes from McLaren Vale and surrounded by great Golf courses within a 15 minute radius.

Walk on the beach or through the adjacent sand conservation park or visit the array of McLaren Vale cellar doors, restaurants, cafes and local produce outlets including the Willunga Markets, Blessed Cheese factory and the Medlow Chocolate factory.

In WINTER listen to and watch the storm surf through huge windows in most rooms warmed by an open fire or air-conditioning. You can lay in bed and see the waves breaking onto the sand, or watch the beautiful sunsets from the large balcony.

Originally built as a house to sleep 9, it can be configured as 2 units Seaside Rendezvous and Seaside Retreat. A lock on both sides of a sound proof airlock double door separates the apartments and with concrete floors between apartments and brick walls to ensure complete privacy and quiet.

SEASIDE RENDEZVOUS

The Upstairs unit we call Rendezvous because of its romantic ambiance. It is a self contained one (1) bedroom apartment with Queen size bed, ensuite, luxuriously appointed furnishings, an open fire, big screen TV/DVD player and is ideal for romantic getaways or honeymooners.
Seaside Rendezvous sleeps 2 and of course with the fantastic views to wake up to and huge balcony with great views up the coast.

SEASIDE HOLIDAY RETREAT

Downstairs we call the Retreat because it is a 3 bedroom more casually appointed but classy decor. The Retreat is more suitable for family groups and longer stays because of the extra room to move for people wanting a more casual relaxed atmosphere. Holidays in small apartments can get a bit claustrophobic but not in the Retreat. The bedrooms are large and there are extensive indoor and outdoor entertaining areas with a huge (9mx9m) Alfresco dining/entertaining room.
The Retreat bathroom has a spa bath. The lounge/family room has large TV with Sony Playstation 2/DVD player to amuze the kids.
Seaside Retreat sleeps up to 7 - with 3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds, 1 double bed/single bunk bed. A cot is available for babies.

THE WHOLE VILLA

Joined you get the best of both appartments with the ability to sleep 9 people and plenty of room for those longer stayz making the "Whole Villa" ideal for family groups.

Both are fully self-contained including separate kitchens and bathrooms, with quality linen and towels provided. Large screen TVs and DVD players in each.
Casual, cosy and very private.

Single night bookings (if accepted) will be Standby only

Minimum stay (Off Peak) for "Confirmed Booking" is 2 nights.
Pricing:
$185 per night per apartment (Rendezvous or Retreat).
$330 per night for the whole House (Villa).

School and Public holidays $350 per night (Whole House only)

Min stay 15/12 to 30/1 is 5 nights - Whole House only
Pricing:
$390 per night - $2500 for the week

Midweek disc rates available for Monday to Thursday nights - $150/300 per night (min 3 nights) .
