Description

The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and large skylights with blinds for added light. All external doors have wire screen doors as well and can be snibbed from inside to keep small children in. There is an outside shower to wash off the sand from the beach. The property backs on to the Lagoon and is just one street from the beach (the property is not fenced). The general store and restaurants are 5 minutes flat walking distance away. There are bush walks, tennis courts for hire and fishing is very popular. Golfers can enjoy their game - just 10 minutes drive from Pearl Beach.

Ducks and Moorehens frequent the lagoon at the back of the property with the occasional Spoonbill. Many varieties of the Parrot family (including the King Parrot) can be seen from the front and back decks, together with Kookaburras and Butcher Birds.

Pearl Beach village is a heritage listed town just a little over 1 hour\'s drive from Sydney\'s lower North Shore and is on the edge of the Brisbane Water National Park with views to Lion Island and Palm Beach. The Crommelin Native Arboretum is an excellent spot for a picnic or a leisurely walk.

The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (separate bath and shower), open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with ceiling fan. There is a large rumpus room underneath with a second 59cm TV set and DVD player. An extra shower and toilet are in the laundry. The floors are polished timber except for the bedrooms which have carpet. There is a double car port; a 4 burner gas barbecue on the back deck with tables and chairs. Tables and chairs are on the front deck too.

All linen is supplied (excluding beach towels).

Bedrooms Configuration - main bedroom with Queen size bed, opens out on to the back deck; twin room with 2 single beds; single room with single bed. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a portable cot available.

Reduced rates apply for longer bookings. All prices quoted are in AUD.

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights; 3 nights for long weekends (public holiday).

We love animals but unfortunately do not permit pets of any description on the premises as we love the wild life too much.
