Description

The Villa offers ample space for either two families or a large family. Upstairs comprises of 4 main bedrooms each with its own ensuite. The master bedroom offers full walk in robes as well as a full spa on the balcony, music, double showers and louvre windows for that tree top feeling. Views are special.

Downstairs consists of a beautiful open plan living with lounge, sitting room, study, kitchen and dining room as well as a full theatre system. A beautiful undercover entertaining area is bordered by the wrap around swimming pool.

The kitchen has, a large 'Smeg' oven/cook top, built in 'Kleenmaid' coffee machine, 3.3m island bench top, large walk in pantry, side-by-side fridge, wireless computer to internet and dishwasher.

The office has computer and 2nd line to internet, and phone.

A 20m lap pool plus 6m extension "L" shape with wet edge.

Large outdoor undercover eating area surrounded by the pool, with music and external speakers.

"Home Theatre" with 100 inch screen and surround sound. Theatre has Austar, DVD, CD and AM/FM.

"The Lakes" gated Compound has Security gates from the street and into the Hotel (for legal reasons we cannot disclose the Hotels name, however it has an International golf course and is in Coolum!!!), manicured lawns and gardens with surrounding lakes, 2 communal tennis courts with lights, communal swimming pool and cabana with BBQ facilities, shower/toilets
