Built in 1878, the pictureque limestone house has gabled roofs and shady lacework verandas overlooking an acre of lawn and English garden to Port Phillip Bay.

The large living room has a marble mantelpiece as well as a deep bay of windows at one end.
Double doors open into a dining room in which another two sets of French doors open both to the kitchen and to a side veranda.
Opening from the board entry hall are two Queen bedrooms with ornamental fireplaces, and two bathrooms.
Upstairs are two more Queen bedrooms.
At the side of the house is another Queen bedroom with ensuite adjoining the property. An original, gabled limestone cottage called the Abbey containing a Double with an ensuite is also just few steps away accross the courtyard.

Please Note:
The Grange prohibits functions of any sort. Functions are defined as being gatherings significantly over and above the resident guests. Functions also include the provision of external equipment like additional chairs, marques and outdoor amplification equipment.
