Walk to the station or catch the bus to Joondalup Centre, shopping centres, Perth and beyond . Boat charters, trips to Rottenest Island diving, the AQWA Aquarium and stunning beaches are located at Hillarys Marina, a 12 min drive away. Also at Hillarys are numerous pubs, restaurants and water rides for the kids alongside the tranquil Marina waters.
Joondalup Resort Golf Course, voted best Resort Course in Australia recently is but a 6 minute drive away . Thats a big one wood ! Also nearby is Neill Hawkins park where you can experience the parrotts galaghs and kangaroos eating from the palm of your hand
Peppermint Place is an ideal home away from home situated in Perths northern suburbs, 1 km from the modern Currambine station and just 2 km from our favourite sundowner spot at Burns Beach, on the Indian Ocean.
Fully furnished and equipped for all your needs to kick off your new life in Perth , or even your well deserved holiday . Fully equipped kitchen and laundry, open plan to lounge and dining areas. Also a summer lounge closer to the Parent's main en suite. Stay in touch with an internet /phone connection (optional)
The house has a neat established private back garden, accessed off the covered al fresco area with BBQ all sheltered from the 'Fremantle Doctor', the afternoon sea breeze that keeps Perth cool . Cool !
Comfortably sleeps 6 . Theres a queen bed in the main en suite (shower) a double bed in Granny's room and two single beds each in their own room. A family bathroom contains a bath and shower, theres a seperate WC off the fully equipped laundry.Weve even got pegs
Portacot and highchair available , walled garden so Junior cant run away !
