STUDIO APARTMENT, Situated at Sapphire Beach only a few short steps from the ocean. We are across the road. Sapphire Beach is 8 min drive north of Coffs Harbour.
Half way between Sydney & Brisbane. We are Pet Friendly.
Shorebreak Studio is a private two-storey studio apartment that is absolutely divine. With its own separate entrance to main house. Included is a queen size bedroom with adjoining en-suite and private decked courtyard with BBQ. Upstairs there is a comfortable lounge area and kitchenette with ocean views. The studio is decorated with the latest contempory furnishings, which is a visual delight. Everything has been chosen with your comfort in mind.
We cater for couples wanting a romantic & relaxing break-away. Sorry, we do not accomodate children. We are uniquely & refreshingly different to other accommodation in the area. Restaurants only a short walk or drive away or facilities for self cater. Broadband & Austar now available free.

Ultimate Accommodation

Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean. Early morning exercise is a joy on one of Coffs Harbour's most beautiful beaches and best kept secrets. You will feel like you have escaped to a deserted island. This is a very private and exclusive area of Coffs Harbour. Email for further information on this exclusive accommodation.
If there are more than 2 persons including children in your group, we recommend you have a look at - SAPPHIRE BLUE BEACH HOUSE, which is situated 5min south on a headland above the same beach. With wonderful ocean views from almost all room.
Nothing to bring except personal belongings + food + drinks. We supply - linen, towels, coffee/tea, crockery, cutlery, glasses, hairdryer, iron, music, books etc. We have tried to include everything for a relaxing & enjoyable break away. And Yes! the Studio looks exactly like the photos & is completely private.

Sapphire Beach NSW - Location

Sapphire Beach is 8 min drive north of Coffs Harbour NSW, it is a suburb of Coffs Harbour. There are two resorts within walking distance with restaurants for dining out.
Coffs Harbour is a city situated on the north coast of N.S.W. Australia. Population 60,000.
Coffs Harbour is where the mountains meet the sea. It has a beautiful harbour, rainforests, beaches. Activities include scenic lookouts, waterfalls, bushwalking.
Coffs was internationally voted 'most livable city 2002' Also voted by CSIRO as best climate in Australia.
Day trips should include Dorrigo National Park (World Heritage Listed) include a stop over at Bellingen for tasty meals, art & craft shops. How about a day out playing golf at Bonville International Golf Club (just 20min south)
Car Hire is available from Coffs Harbour Airport, or there are Taxi's available. We are approx 15min from the Airport.

"If you have clicked on Shorebreak Studio's holiday accommodation page then the next click you should make is to book this beautiful studio! Immaculate accomodation, tastefully designed and decorated and wonderful hosts. Wake up to the sounds of the many beautiful birds in the area then have a quick dip in the ocean only a few steps from the studio's front door followed by breakfast in your very private courtyard. We headed off to a different beach every day. Diggers, Moonee, North Sapphire, Emerald and Park beaches, without a doubt some of the best beaches in Australia. Of an evening walk along Sapphire beach, watch the sun go down and chat with the local beach fishermen and women. There's a couple of restaurants within walking distance but we chose to enjoy a bbq in the courtyard every evening enjoying the fresh local produce. All of this is topped off at the end of the day falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Our only hardship was having to leave... "

"Good morning Glenn, The decor and location = perfect! It was a very relaxing place to stay and the layout is perfect for a few days or even a couple of weeks. I did not want to leave. The personal warm welcome, scented rooms and relaxing music playing was a nice touch too. Would highly recommend as a better option than resorts due to the privacy and space. "
