Located opposite a shaded grassed reserve and children’s playground, with a safe swimming beach beyond the reserve, Town is a just a 10 min walk, or 5 min cycle along the bike path.

The House

Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this comfortable, spacious accommodation will sleep 8 people. The master bedroom in the house has a queen bed and adjoining ensuite and walk in robe. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed, and then 2 other bedrooms with 2 king sized singles in each room. All rooms have ceiling fans, quality furnishings throughout, and fresh linen provided. A second bathroom (Bath/shower) and separate toilet service the other bedrooms, and a laundry is provided for longer staying guests.

The home has a very light, open living area. With gas log heating, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and comfortable lounges, a good book or board game beckon. TV DVD and CD stereo are also provided to “kick back” and relax to.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge /freezer.

Surrounded by wide verandahs, and a quiet rear garden with outdoor setting and BBQ, it is hard not to spend most of your time at this property, relaxing outside and enjoying all of what this region has to offer
