5 large bright bedrooms, (B1: Queen, B2: Queen, B3: Queen, B4: Double & single, B5:4 singles) and 2 bathrooms. Fans in all bedrooms. The gas convector heater keeps the whole house lovely and warm during the cooler months.

Guests will need to bring their own bed linen (fitted and flat sheets). Doonas, covers and pillows are provided.

New fully equipped kitchen featuring granite benchtops and stainless steel appliances including bread maker, dishwasher, popcorn machine and microwave. Newly refurbished bathroom (second bathroom in laundry building).

Laundry with washing machine and iron. LCD TV, DVD, multi CD/stereo (can plug in your own Ipod), loads of board games, kids toys and books. Baby bath, high chair and bouncy available. Second TV and DVD player in kids bunk room for gaming consoles etc.

Back deck features stunning ocean views, BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking gorgeous garden and lawn area. We have a Hills swing set, jungle gym and climbing frame - lots of fun for kids of all ages!

Fabulous playground a short stroll down the street - great for kids of all ages. Tennis courts and footy oval also within walking distance.

Shopping centre is only 5 minutes drive and the local deli is a 5 minute walk. Enjoy the benefits of this magnificent seaside location including; sunbathing, swimming, surfing, scuba diving, fishing, boating, tennis courts and sports oval. Meadow Springs Golf Club, cafes and restaurants, theatres, picturesque estuary and the boardwalk marina are a short drive away.
