The "Life's a Beach" @ Caves Beach House

One of life's little treasures is being able to see, smell and hear the Ocean & enjoy the relaxing affect that it brings.
So go ahead, come and stay at Life's a Beach! Our house comfortably sleeps 6-8 people (max). 25 years and over bookings taken only. Minimum nights - 2. Long Weekends 3 nights, and school holiday period - minimum 5 nights and December / January school holidays 6 - 7 nights min.

We are only a few minutes drive from the Caves Beachside Resort and its Wedding Venue. They have an A-la-carte dining option, casual Bistro dining, BBQ cooking, a Cafe for coffee and cake or a drink and a Supervised Children's Indoor Play area.

This house has it all. Amazing views from most aspects of the house and only a short walk to the beautiful patrolled Caves Beach, where the life guards will take care of you and your family and where the guys and girls at Acqua Blu Cafe can make you a coffee, hot snacks or Ice Cream after a swim. Subject to weather and time of year. Explore the Caves and rocks down at the beach.

Gourmet Kitchen with a wonderful view - should you be inspired to cook up a storm - or maybe just sit in the dining room (again with amazing views) and read the paper with a cuppa.

Cool off in the refreshing pool, while the children play, and enjoy a BBQ in the back covered entertaining area with a chilled glass of champagne or some icy cold beers.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms. 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Maximum number of guests is 8. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 lounge room areas, air conditioning upstairs, ceiling fans in all rooms, large dining room and all the mod cons. There's plenty of room.

Bedding Configurations are: D/Stairs - 1 QS Bed in master room, a set of single bunks in the 2nd downstairs bedroom.
U/Stairs - both bedrooms have a double bed/single bed ensemble (as per picture shown on photos of property above).
