  • "What a pleasant surprise! Outstanding property, just the right size with all the mod cons of home. Peaceful surroundings and the parrots were a treat. We will definitely return, and recommend this place to anyone with an appetite for both adventure and relaxation. Brilliant!"

  • "What a great spot. Had a ball of a time. Close enough to the snow to drive in and out. Thank you for having us stay in your house. Kids loved the birds."
    Stephan, July 2010

  • "Many thanks to Kyrstie and Jeff! The house was amazing and close enough to Mt Buller that the drive was not too long. We are already planning next years trip, so hopefully the house is avalible next year :)"

  • "We hire a house somewhere every year for the family during school holidays but Kaishua House is by far the nicest and most beautifully appointed we have had in five years. Three generations heartily agree on this. The close proximity to the snow fields, the fishing and the house itself with all the beautiful birds that come to eat out of your hand. The grandkids got in the car to come home and asked 'When are we coming back here Nanny.'"

  • "It's clean tidy house with lovely birds outside, very convenience to Mt buller/Lake Eildon. We will be back next year."
    Jei, July 2009

  • "The house was clean and warm and just like a home. It was all the little things that made the difference (coffee & sugar, foil for cooking etc), it meant that you could enjoy the break with out having to bring the kitchen sink. We will be going back"
    Shona, July 2009

  • "This is our second 7 day stay at Kaishua house. We enjoyed it as much as the first time. The way that the house is presented and the small extras like childrens books and DVD's makes you feel at home straight away. I don't think it will be the last time that we stay there."
