Figtree Hideaway Cottage is the premier and best located cottage in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Privately situated between the townships of Maleny and Montville. Montville and Maleny are perched amongst lush green fields and pockets of rainforest on the Blackall Range. The views to the Sunshine Coast beaches are spectacular.

Montville is known as the creative heart of the Sunshine Coast, where you can view and purchase many different art styles, and dine in exquisite restaurants and cafes.

FULLY SELF CONTAINED

Your cottage is fully self contained, with full size refrigerator, stove and microwave, reverse cycle air conditioner and has a wood fired heater got winter.

The name says it all: The perfect place to hideaway for romance, peace and tranquillity.

THINGS TO DO AND SEE

Nearby in the Kondalilla National Park you will find the fantastic Kondalilla Falls. Mapleton Falls National Park and the arts and crafts townships of Maleny and Montville are nearby.
There are some wonderful walking areas in these National Parks.

  • "A lovely view and the cottage has everyting you need for a romantic escape, candles, CD, a quiet location with aircon or a fireplace and your left alone which is the best bit. Flyscreens would be nice to allow more fresh country air in without the bugs but overall good location between Maleny and Montville and zero fuss. "

  • "My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at Figtree Hideaway Cottage (especially the great mid-week deal!) It is very private and romantic; has a fully equipped kitchen, including full size fridge, stove, microwave, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied. It has a fabulous corner spa looking out over the breathtaking view (all the way to the coast). The separate bathroom has a great shower (plenty of water-hot & strong) and includes a washing machine and tub. Good quality body wash, bubble-bath, laundry and washing-up detergents are also included, along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and chocolates. We will definitely stay again and I have alredy recommended it to family and friends."
