Luxurious 3 bedroom Villa in a fabulous location at the friendly seaside haven of Old Bar Beach - 2 hrs north of Newcastle. Just 1 min stroll to cafes/restaurants and shops. The pool, bowling club & surf Beach are just 5 mins walk. Close to lagoon, fishing, river cruises, bush trails.

Our luxury Villa is very spacious with open plan design & stylishly furnished with quality inclusions throughout and absolutely every comfort of home.

There is ducted air conditioning & three bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 6. There is a 3 way bathroom with bath. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe. Second bedroom a double bed and 3rd bedroom 2 single beds.

The large kitchen has all the mod cons including dishwasher and microwave and is VERY well equipped. You'll find everything from a picnic basket to a popcorn maker!

The lounge/dining area has a colour TV, Video, DVD & CD players. There's also widescreen cable TV with sport and movie channels and a selection of games and books as well as a telephone for local & STD calls and "dial up" computer internet connection. The internal laundry includes a dryer.

Two fenced grassed courtyard areas will accommodate a small well behaved pet. There is a paved BBQ area and double garage.

Bush trails (just 1 minute away) meander down to the beach and great fishing spots

Quality linen, towels and bathrobes supplied. Welcome drinks, bottle of wine, bowl of fresh fruit and complimentary port & chocolates provided.

Location

Fabulous location at the seaside haven of Old Bar Beach on the Mid North Coast, a comfortable 3 hour drive north of Sydney, 30 mins north of Forster or an hour south of Port Macquarie and 20 minutes south east of the River City of Taree.

Enjoy a relaxed, friendly, carefree atmosphere. The Villa enjoys a very quiet location at the cul-de-sac end of Bryan Street close to surf beach, cafes/restaurants, club, local shopping village, bush trails, tennis courts, swimming pool, park and playground.

Old Bar is the closest beach to the North Coast Freeway just 8 mins drive from the Taree exit.

For the more adventurous there's horse riding, joy flights, mountain biking and hang gliding. A stunning region full of natural beauty. Lots to discover and explore.
