Enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the fire with a glass of wine or read a book stretching out on comfortable sofas. A generous gourmet breakfast with homemade jam and freshly baked bread awaits you in the morning after a good night sleep in the magnificent king size bed. Your host Harald and Irene will make sure that the experience at "Merlin's Garden" is as magic as its name.If required a additional fold-out bed is available.

As well as the cottage, Merlin's Garden offers the very comfortable self-contained "Merlin's Garden Studio" for 2 people with garden views and its own private entrance. It features an ensuite with full bath, a comfortable bed, breakfast area and is equipped with a sofa, television, DVD, fridge, crockery and cutlery etc.

The studio is close to "Merlin's Garden Cottage” and connected by a garden pass making it ideal for groups up to 6 people to stay together at Merlin' s Garden.

What to do?

A short walk from Merlin's Garden and you are in the National Park to enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna. Visit the National Rhododendron Gardens, Kalorama Park with its stunning views or see William Ricketts Sanctuary. At Healsville Sanctuary Australian Wildlife awaits you and should you take a ride on Puffing Billy on its way to Emerald Lake Park, enjoy towering Mountain Ash in the forest on the way. A drive through the Yarra Valley with its world famous wineries and restaurants is a must. You can go ballooning and see the world from above with breathtaking view across the whole region. There are Galleries to be visited, Antique shops to be explored and many more attractions to see.
