Looking for that home away from home when you have just emigrated / relocated to Perth and waiting for your long term accommodation or just wanting selfcontained accommodation in the Mandurah/Rockingham area south of Perth city? Then any one of our 3 large 4bed x 2bath houses Secret Harbour houses "Kirra" , "Dupuy" and "Miltona" will meet those requirements. All are fully furnished, all linen and towels provided and tel and ADSL available. All properties have TV, DVD player, cd/radio, gas BBQ and outdoor setting for that outdoor entertaining. All properties have reverse cycle air conditioning and / or gas heating as well.

All 3 properties are close to the facilities that Secret Harbour offers: shopping centre with a Woolworths supermarket, beautiful beaches, with a dog beach, gold course, parks, tennis courts, schools and only 40mins from Perth city by car and in November the train line comes through to Mandurah. 10 minutes north is the main centre of Rockingham and 10 minutes south is the main centre of Mandurah.

"Kirra" and "Miltona"

"KIRRA" is a well appointed and beautifully furnished 4 bedroom by two bathroom brand new house with separate formal lounge, large open plan family/kitchen/dining/sitting and study/office area. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher , gas cooktop and electric oven. There is a TV, DVD player, cd/radio and reverse cycle air conditioning.


Master bedroom, with queen bed, has ensuite bathroom with double shower and walkin robes. Second double bedroom has queen bed with double mirrored doored robe. Bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds and bedroom 4 has single bed. All these 3 bedrooms have built in robes. All linen and bath towels provided. Sleeps 7

Washing machine and laundry facilities, and an undercover oudoor area with outdoor setting for 6 and gas BBQ. Remote control garage and fences provide the secuirty of not having to worry about the children getting out on the street.

"Miltona" is a very large 4 x 2 house with ducted evaporative air conditioning, ducted heating and gas heating as well. It has a separate formal lounge/TV room, a large open plan kicthen with stainless steel equipment including dishwasher, family and dining area with a pool table to relax after dinner.

Main bedroom has walkin robe plus ensuite bathroom with double shower, and king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and builtin robe, bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds and bedroom 4 has a single bed plus trundle, sleeps 8 . All three bedrooms have built in robe.

The gardens are landscaped with lovely setting under cover for entertaining with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. It has remote controlled enclosed lockup carport/garage and the gardens are fenced and gated , extra security for the little children running around and also has an alarm system.

"Dupuy"

'Dupuy" another 4x2 house has formal lounge/TV room (with Foxtel) , open plan kicthen/family/dining, main bedroom with walkin robe and ensuite bathroom and king size bed. The other 3 bedrooms are doble bedrooms with two with a single kings single bed and teh 4th with 2 x king single beds, sleeps 6.

The kitchen is well equipped, there is reverse cycle air conditioning and an outdoor area with outdoor setting and gas BBQ. In addition there is a double remote controlled lockup garage. There is a park across the road and again the property is close to all the facilities in the area.

Other than specials, all three properties are subject to seasonality and whether utilities included re pricing but range between $540/week and $11100/week.

To secure a booking up to 50% of booking cost is payable when booking. If booking is cancelled 1mth or more prior to checkin date, full refund of deposit is paid within 30 days of cancellation date.
