This two storey house and furnishings are all new, with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday with friends or family.

Boasting amazing views of the bay and Bulahdelah Mountain beyond, the house has been designed for entertaining with ease, with a large open plan living area and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large entertaining deck.

Tastefully decorated and recently featured in an interiors magazine, the house comes complete with a large stainless BBQ, reverse air-conditioning, washing machine and dryer for your convenience plus two TVs with DVDs.

Evander is perched over a very child friendly beach, protected from the wind. Simply take the pathway from house across to the waterfront reserve. It's as close to the beach as possible, without being immediate waterfront.

Around the corner is the Bay's main shopping centre, the mall includes Woolworths, Bi-Lo, Kmart and Target. Salamander Super Strike ten-pin bowling centre is just up the road or take a quick waterfront walk to Peppers Anchorage.

From Corlette it's only a 5 minute drive into Nelson Bay or a short drive to the many surf beaches. Nelson Bay or Horizons Golf Clubs are both under ten minutes drive away. And all only a 2 1/4 hrs drive from Sydney city.

House Layout: Ground level: double lock-up garage, master (queen) bedroom with ensuite, own verandah and walk-in robe with a laundry on the same level. Upstairs: Large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a large deck with fabulous views of the bay. There is also a second bedroom with queen sized bed, and a third bedroom which sleeps up to 3 children or two adults. On the same level there is also a separate toilet and a full bathroom with a shower and bath.
