Our family room can cater for up to two adults and four children.
We have a double room and twin room opposite with private bathroom, this is also suitable for families wanting separate rooms.
Two queen rooms both with ensuites, one with sitting room, great for the business executive.

There is a fridge and tea/coffee making facility for each room, a microwave and guest lounge areas for all to use.
Have a BBQ outside in summer or enjoy one of our home cooked dinners by the fire in winter.

Set in the picturesque Tuggeranong Valley, Kambah is a southside suburb of Canberra.

A quiet location, only 3 kms to Tuggeranong Town Centre, Social and Sporting Clubs e.g. Viking Park, Tuggeranong Basketball Stadium and Ten Pin Bowl and within 10-15 minutes drive to Canberra City and most major attractions.

Stroll along the many available nature trails found 200 metres away or challenge yourself to the hill climb revealing the great views of the beautiful Tuggeranong Valley. Look for kangaroos and other native wildlife.
