Registered guests only, (visitors are not permitted without permission). Guest numbers must be agreed to in writing prior to occupancy. Payment terms: 50% deposit to confirm your booking and the balance and bond is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment in full required if booking is within 30 days of arrival. All payments by Visa/Mastercard. Accommodation subject to pricing and availability at time of booking. All bookings subject to Trading Terms & Conditions. Byron Bay has a NO PARTY rule in all properties and Byron Shire noise restrictions apply. (Fees imposed by HLO Byron for breaches in noise regulations will be charged against your bond). Property not to be used for commercial activities, weddings, parties, gatherings or any other functions. Check-in: 2.00pm. Check-out: 10.00am.
