Quiet location only 100m from the beach. Master bedroom with Queen size bed, full ensuite and B.I.R. 2nd bedroom with Queen size bed and B.I.R. 3RD bedroom with 3 single beds (one set of bunks and one single bed) and B.I.R. The lounge has 2 sofas. Glass sliding doors lead out to a paved B.B.Q area. Glass sliding doors from the dining room lead to a double carport under the same roof line. The yard is fully fenced from the front to the rear, which makes it children and dog friendly (Conditions Apply).There is a third shower outside for after the beach. Great location for a perfect holiday all year round. Lots of Wineries, Day Spas close, Golf courses, Clubs, Restaurants and Pubs. Plenty of fishing, surfing and swimming. Lots of bike and walking tracks. Pets are welcome by arrangement with the owner (outside only).The property is fully fenced to approx. 1.2 meters at the lowest.

The house was in an amazing location, close to everything and easy to get everywhere. The house was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for others and we'd all stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best place to stay on a weekend away with friends or family.Very relaxing, no loud noises, It's just beautiful and very welcoming. Highly recommended will definetly be hiring again, especially being so close to the beach and in between the shops in Rye and Sorrento. Thanks for everything will definetly be seein you again soon

A very comfortable family beach house so very close to the wonderful peninsula bayside beach at Rye. We had a very relaxing two week stay with all needs catered for. Great quiet location, readily accessible. Thoroughly recommended for a family seaside holiday.

We stayed at the Daintree in Jan 2006 and found it to be a clean and well-equipped property. It is located in a quiet street but close to all the attractions (very close to the beach) on the Mornington Peninsula. The reservation process was easy and I would recommend this place for groups/families wishing to stay in the area.

We would like to say that we were very impressed with the lovely accomodation. The house was exceptionally clean. It is in a good location which made it very easy with our young children to stroll to the beach as many times as we liked. It was very quiet too. Would recommend to anyone. We would love to stay there again in the future....
