  • "We booked this house for a French family of 6 who were visiting us from France. They loved the house, especially the situation close to the beach and shops, and were very comfortable in the house and delighted with everything about their trip to Port Douglas. The weather was good and they went to the reef etc. Having seen their photos and heard their comments we plan to book the house ourselves later in the year if possible."

  • "What a great location! 6 fullmoon is a lovely house walking distance to the beach and swimming enclosure and Macrossan Street. We hardly used our car. Instead, we walked and used the bikes. My wife particularly loved reading her book on the hammock upstairs! Cant' wait to visit again. Thank you James"

  • ""6 fullmoon is such a lovely place to relax in beautiful Port Douglas. I came up for four days to get away and relax with good friends and 6 fullmoon is the ideal spot for this. We chilled in the pool, took one of the bikes for a ride along the beach and it is so close to all the restaurants, bars etc...very central. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 6 fullmoon to anyone. Thank you Keesha" "

  • "Although we were pretty shattered after the journey, the weather was warm and dry and the birds were singing at the top of their voices and we could relax on the balcony with a drink. We were really taken with Port Douglas; the first place we went to was the Central Hotel, where we soaked up the Australian atmosphere. On your recommendation we went to On the Inlet for a meal to celebrate our daughter's and son's birthdays. It was a little bit of heaven, with the sunshine, the blue sea, the mangroves and the mountains. We also went on Wave Dancer to the Low Isles as you recommended and went snorkelling for the first time, went crocodile spotting on the Daintree River, sat on the beach, cycled to and from town and mostly didn't do much, which we badly needed. We went to re:hab on Macrossan Street for coffee rather too much, but loved it, and had a few breakfasts at Beaches Cafe on the Esplanade. The staff at Ray White were very helpful with the few minor problems we had. It was great having the bikes to cycle in to town, as it was a good 15 minute walk but five minutes on the bikes. "

  • "Hi Keesha just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Port Douglas and were very sad to have to leave and return to the cold of Perth. I want to say that we enjoyed our stay at 6 Fullmoon very much and it met our needs well. It was lovely to sit in bed, open up the doors to the balcony and stare out at the greenery and my 4 year old loved the hammock. It was also great hearing the songs of the birds in the morning quite different to the sounds our birds make in Perth. The information you supplied was very useful and we made the most of it. We really LOVED Port Douglas and Im sure we will be back. Oh and my 4 year old son loved the beach toys and was excited about being able to build sand castles a big hit! "
