  • "Eglington House was the perfect stay for our family of four. Within minutes walk of the inviting strip of shops and cafes, Eglington House was the perfect warm, modern home with everything we needed for a beach stay. Our two small children continue to remind us of their enjoyment of the safe environment in the "Barwon Heads house"!"

  • "We gave this to Mum and Dad as a gift, and they had such a lovely time. They really loved the house and close proximity to everything.Perfect for a nice quiet relaxing time. I really appreciated all the help from Judy in organizing this as a gift. Thank you so much for everything."

  • "It was great to escape from fire-ravaged Victoria to stay at Eglington House - clean, modern and with everything we needed to ensure our stay was comfortable. Local businesses provided great dining, and daily shopping needs - hardly had to use the car."

  • "Fantastic, clean and simple, perfect holiday house with everything you need supplied. Outdoor shower was a bonus. Excellent quiet location within a brief stroll to the shops. After hitting the beach all day the air conditioning worked a treat during the evenings of the worst 3 day heat wave in history! Thanks so much, will definately stay again."

  • "Eglington house is a fantastic little property within a short 2 block walk of the shopping strip in Barwon heads. It has a fence all around and is great for kids. If your little one likes to get into cupboards then you may need to be vigilant (we were) but that is a small price to pay for a modernised and very comfortable property. Eglington House may not be on the beach, but I was pleased that I was still able to hear the relaxing sound of surf crashing at night. One of the reason I love being near the beach. If you like your coffe then you HAVE to taste the 2006 coffe of the year in Barwon Orange Cafe. It was voted the best for good reason! Take a stroll through the Barwon Heads golf course and onto 13th beach. It is only a couple of blocks from the house and is a wonderful site. Barwon Heads is what some of the more commercial surf towns were once like. A laid back country town by the sea. Everyone was friendly and more than happy to help out. I hope it stays like that for quite a while yet."
