******We had the most wonderful holiday with our two young children. An enormous home with everything you could want - a truly magical location with fabulous views, an enclosed yard which was perfect for our children and a delicious spa on the deck. Only a few mins walk to the beach made a quick dip so easy.

SEA MAGIC at COFFS HARBOUR - The name says it all - this is possibly the BEST spot on the Coffs Coast
There are NO roads and NO buildings between you and the beach, ONLY well kept lawns!
SEA MAGIC is the perfect place for a ROMANTIC HOLIDAY for two or a FABULOUS GET TOGETHER RENDEZVOUS for family and friends.
Our accommodation is SPACIOUS and LUXURIOUS and FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED!
The HUGE master bedroom has STUNNING OCEAN VIEWS and a SUPER KING SIZED bed.
There is also a TV with AUSTAR access and a radio/CD player.
The bedroom opens out onto a LARGE upstairs deck where you can RELAX and enjoy the SPECTACULAR VIEW whilst sipping your wine and watching the sunset over the ocean.
The luxurious ensuite bathroom includes a two person spa bath, a large shower and separate bidet and toilet.
Seamagic's second main bedroom includes a queen bed and also opens onto the upstairs deck where you can relax and take in the wonderful ocean views.
The third bedroom is again a large room with a king bed.
The second large bathroom also has a 2 person spa bath and a large shower and toilet.
4th Bedroom is double room.
5th bedroom, which is downstairs, has double bed and it's own two-person shower with recessed lighting behind a magnificent blue glass wall.
The rest of the house features a fabulous fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, modern induction cooktop, microwave, huge oven, double fridge/freezer etc.
The spacious living/dining area is attractively furnished and features a fascinating ceiling mural. BIG SCREEN TV with AUSTAR access, with DVD player and CD player.
Even from downstairs you get MAGNIFICENT views of the ocean.
There is a fully timbered entertaining deck, complete with 6 PERSON HEATED SPA which overlooks the ocean. Perfect for those balmy nights.
Then for those who like to play there is a snooker table in the garage and plenty of board games, cards etc.

The Coffs Coast is famous for its great weather beautiful beaches and an array of festivals and events happening all year round.
Coffs Harbour is located on the mid north coast of NSW approx 6 hours drive from Sydney and 5 hours from Brisbane. You can fly to Coffs Harbour with Qantas Virgin Blue and Jet Star and our airport is just 5 minutes out of town.
Dining Out
Novotel Pacific Bay and Breakfree Aanuka Beach Resort are in Charlesworth Bay a short stroll from our property "Seamagic" where you can enjoy first class restaurants and facilities.
For restaurants you will be spoilt for choice in Coffs Harbour my personal recommendation is Bentleys on Elizabeth or try the variety available along the lively Jetty area.
Shopping
Park Beach Plaza is the largest shopping facility on the NSW coast and is ONLY 3 MINUTES DRIVE - with 120 specialty shops, food court and free parking.
Attractions
The Big Banana Australia's original 'Big Thing' is situated on the Pacific Highway just north of Coffs Harbour NSW. Families have been calling in for 40 years for great rides souveniers and a fully functioning Candy Shop. Don't leave Coffs without having your photo taken standing in front of the Big Banana.
Ever had the desire to cuddle a sea lion shake hands with a dolphin or just be overwhelmed by the many talents our close marine relatives have? Well your chance exists at Coffs Harbour's popular oceanarium the Pet Porpoise Pool.
Take a stroll along the Charlesworth Bay headlands and beaches or try adjacent Diggers Beach for great surfing.
Surfing and kayaking is available on a daily basis from Charlesworth Bay.
If you're a water enthusiast the Solitary Island Marine Reserve has everything; diving snorkelling swimming surfing beach walking whale watching birdwatching fishing and boating is a must for all visitors.
A short drive away is the Dorrigo National Park and world Heritage Rainforests and Skywalk for a great day out. Picnic with the brush turkeys at The Glade visit the Dorrigo Rainforest Centre and Canopy Cafe or try the waterfall tracks in one of Australia's most accessible World Heritage areas - remember to pack your camera
If you're feeling adventurous White water rafting is available on the nearby Nymboida River.
Bushwalking makes for a fun day out at nearby Bruxner Park.
Coffs Harbour Botanic Gardens is widely recognised as an outstanding Regional Botanic Garden and tourist attraction offering visitors a unique blend of flora recreation education and relaxation.
For a great game of golf try Bonville International Golf Course just a 15-minute drive south or Coffs Harbour Gollf Club right in the heart of Coffs.
