Tuscany is a delightful 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of St Kilda. It\'s tucked away to ensure no street noise, yet it\'s location is just perfect for business or pleasure.

\'Tuscany\' has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, two balconies, bathroom and laundry. One balcony overlooks a beautifully maintained Tuscan courtyard. The other faces a range of trees and plentiful bird life.

There\'s a Queen sized bed, and additional guests enjoy a very comfortable, fold-out, double sofa bed. You can also add in a fold-away single bed. A portacot & high chair can also be provided.

ADSL, local calls & undercover, security, reserved parking are included in your rate.

Just a few steps away are a HOST of local attractions: bustling Fitzroy Street and cosmopolitan Acland Street (famous for their cake shops, award-winning restaurants and cafes!), the beautiful Albert Park Lake, St. Kilda Beach, cycle and roller-blading tracks that go on \'forever\', the famous Luna Park, the St. Kilda Sunday Craft Market, cinemas, live theatre - the list of attractions goes on an on.

Interim or weekly cleaning is included for stays of 8 nights and longer. Rates include all linen & towels.

MINIMUM STAYS: We accept any length of stay at any time if it joins directly onto an existing booking, otherwise the following minimum stays apply:
7 night minimum for bookings made more than 3 months in advance, 5 night minimum for bookings 1-3 months in advance, 1-2 night bookings by arrangement

Last minute discounts may apply.
Public holidays and special event periods may incur a surcharge.
Use of the sofabed or fold away single bed is available at $100 flat fee per clean
Portacot available at property free of charge - BYO cot linen
High chair available on request - $50 pickup/delivery fee applicable

It\'s central. It\'s an apartment. It\'s got all the facilities one needs - own washing, dryer, kitchen, lounge, two balconies, privacy etc. And if I wanted to step out of that comfort zone then there\'s the courtyard (nice design), heated pool, gym. If I wanted to move out of the security of the place ... then I\'ve got Melbourne at my door step ... to meetings, shops, cafes, bars, beach etc. Then I can return to my own comfort zone and do my own thing.
