A modern holiday home. Located 500 metres to coolum's patrolled surf beach, cafes & shops. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Fully furnished, linen supplied, outdoor heated spa, air conditioned, ceiling fans, undercover parking.

In 2006, we have added a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new pergola, re-paved the pergola area & put in a new above ground heated outdoor spa.
