Description

This modern 2 bedroom unit enjoys all the comforts of home while having spectacular views sunsets over the Gippsland Lakes.

Close to Lakes Entrance, entertainment and 90 mile beach not far away. Take a bush walk to Kalimna Jetty and lakeside walks or just relax and take in the views from your own veranda. Access to main road to Lakes Entrance.

Take a lunch or dinner cruise to local winery or cruise the lakes & lunch at Metung Hotel. Both great meals.

Great fishing in the lakes or surf fishing. Lakes are ideal for boating and jet skis and there are great beaches for surfing or swimming.

There is a golf course, aquarium & shell museum, mini golf & go-karts and many walking and cycling circuits around town.

Four wheel drive tracks just out of town. Great drives, travel to Buchan Underground Caves or try Wild Caving. Little River Gorge and McKillops Bridge not for the faint hearted.
Lots to do for a holiday to remember.

Locality

Kalimna is situated above Lakes Entrance where there are many popular lookout spots which are a must by pasting motorists. The views are breath taking and stunning sunsets colour the sky as the day ends.

Lakes Entrance is sometimes called 'The Entrance' as it provides access to the Gippsland Lakes and the Southern Ocean.Kalimna Views is amongst this glorious setting.

The climate is temperate which makes it a popular tourist resort all year round. Home to one of Australia's largest fishing fleets. Try the local seafood in any of the Restaurants & Hotels in the area.

  • "Once again, our stay was enjoyable and restful. This time, we took our bikes and spent may energetic hours riding around. We also visited Kalimna Jetty for the first time. The rainforest is a lovely contrast to the busy highway and the little beach is a safe spot for a swim. Having a self-contained unit is very handy. We had plenty of space for our bikes in the garage and saved money by being able to cook our own food. The views of the storms and the sunsets were specatcular."
