This beautifully appointed apartment on the 8th Floor in the Central Tower which is the closet to all pools, gymnasium and amenities. You have three balconies to enjoy, the views of not only the river to the left and the ocean directly in front, but the benefit of overlooking Beaches in the Sky (which is on the 5th floor) with the serenity of its palm trees.
In the Lounge Room there is a 42\" LCD Plasma- Austar connected.
Our luxury two bedroom / two bathroom apartment comes fully self contained including all linen, cutlery, crockery, gourmet kitchen and utensils - with modern decor. We also supply those little extras -eg. Games, Boogie Boards and Buckets and Spades - all you need to bring is your suitcase. Sleeping arrangement is a Queen bed in main with 42" LCD, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom- a foldaway bed can be hired for the 5th person to be setup in the Lounge Room at night. This is a privately owned Apartment that is operated and cared for by the owners.

Sandra and Greg have a lovely self contained unit. Everything a family needs is at your finger tips; fully equipped kitchen, cupboard with board games, couple of boogie boards, art on the wall and shaggy rugs at your feet. My family (husband, 2 sons-aged 15 and 11) spent 10 wonderfully relaxing days at the resort. It is a great base for all tourist activities, restaurants and bars or catching a few waves at the beach. Beautiful!! My husband and I could relax on the balcony with views of the beach, river or the pool and garden area of the resort.

We were extremely happy with our accommodation. It was VERY clean and had a real homely feel to it. It had everything you could ask for including a games cupboard for the children. Kids had a great time with the pools and games rooms and also being really close to the city! We will definitely be making this our annual holiday spot. !! Looking forward to next year :)

'This apartment has a wonderful 'homely' feel whilst being in a great position in the heart of Surfers Paradise. We have stayed twice now and have thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities it provides. The apartment is very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We would recommend it to anyone - but at the same time hope that it will still be available next time we are able to holiday on the Gold Coast. WOW, when my partner and i walked through that door our first word was ���WOW���. As soon as we saw the apartment and the view we knew we were in for a great holiday. the view of the lagoon is breathtaking, picture perfect. so much can be seen from the balconies of your apartment, not a bad view at all. The other thing that impressed myself and hubby and of course our 3 year old was the toys, you have catered for children very nicely, out of all the places we have stayed at your apartment was the only one to think of the children. Would like to thank you sandra for allowing my family to stay there, we had the best family holiday in a few years, definitly cant wait to do it again.

Couldn't have asked for better location while in Surfers. We went with a few friends and although our apartment was only on the 8th floor, we had the best accommodation in terms of decor, cleanliness and facilities out of the bunch.
A home away from home, will surely be back next year (but not during schoolies).

Gorgeous Resort. The unit was in a fantastic location, close to the beach, eateries and local transport to tourist destinations including theme parks.
Unit was nice and close to outside and inside pools if you have small children.
Unit was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great stay.(I was disappointed that the recliners were not operatable).
Found property manager not that friendly.
All in All we had a great stay and would recommend your property to family and friends.

A fabulously presented unit with every extra you could possibly want. Location could not be any better in Surfers. Right in the middle of the shopping area, my wife said I had surpassed myself this time as both major shopping centres were within 10 minutes North & South of the unit by bus!!
Must not forget the view from the unit, out of this world both day and night.

The Chevron Renaissance Apartment which we stayed in this week is well positioned in the absolute heart of Surfers Paradise and from our Apartment balconies we could look down to the very large swimming pool and green grassed area surrounding it. The pool is a very popular area with young and not so young for a swim and to get a suntan.
Surfers Paradise is very much an international tourist destination and it is close to attractions such as theme parks which are not far away or to the hinterland which looks out over the Australian bushlands to the west of this region.
The Chevron Renaissance Apartments were very popular with overseas visitors and it is a "top of the range" complex without being expensive.
There are a large range of restaurants surrounding the complex and it is a very safe area to walk around at day or night.
We definately recommend the Apartment for descerning travellers

We were lucky enough to spend 6 nights at the Chevron Renaissance Apartment owned by Sandra and Greg Bee. We couldnt have asked for a better place to spend our holiday in terms of a central location, fantastic views with first class facilties. The Apartment itself was great, we felt as thought the photos on the website didnt come close to doing it justice, it was very well maintained and included many extras ie

When we first arrived in the appartment it looked simply amazing. Even better than the photo's. The view of the pool was fantastic as was the views of the waves crashing on the golden sand. All the added touches that have been placed in the appartment such as kids games, bath toys, boogie boards, a set of screw drivers and alen keys (in case your child accidently locks the bedroon door...he, he, he) a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would have at home in the kitchen, beach towels, beach toys, window tinting to help keep the appartment cool (even though it has an amazing aircon) and much more.
The resort facilities are just as amazing as the appartment. With two outdoor pool area's and a heated indoor pool, play equiptment for the little one's, fabulous BBQ area and the shopping centre below is so handy. The tour desk is a must go to, if you want to find anything and everything as they are so friendly and helpful. Internet access in the foyer or visit one of the cafes downstairs for free wireless internet whilst you have a glass of wine or a family meal.
There's so many more things I could say about the appartment and resort, but you really must visit it yourself as you will not be disapointed! Our family have decided to return again next year for more than a week this time. Thanks Greg and Sandra for making our holiday so amazing!!!

We stayed in this apartment the 2nd week in August 2007. It is fantastic especially if you are holidaying with kids, like we were. We have a 3yr and 7month old and all the ammenties in this apartment made it seem like we had never left home. The location is great and the facilities as definately 5 star. The apartment was absolutely fantastic and in a great location. The hotel facilities were awesome and included spas, gym and pools (x2). The staff very helpfull. We certainly made the most of the in house information centre. We certainly recommend this apartment. We had a fantastic holiday.

Lovely apartment. Very clean and tidy. Central location was great. Bus stop at the door! Handy to everything at Surfers. Definitely recommend staying here.

A wonderful apartment in a great location. Lots of "extras" (like buckets and spades for the kids, ducks for bathtime, board games and boogie boards for us...)added in the apartment made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you. We will be back!

An absolute fantastic holiday, the apartment was just amazing and the view even better. the facilities at the hotel are just fantastic, the location ideal, the pool gorgeous!! Already planning our next trip back at the Chevron!!

We all had a great time and loved every minute of our time there. The Lagoon was perfect for us everyday to sit and Swim in and relax. Loved how we could just go down in the lift to the Supermarket etc. The view were wonderful and very quiet at night - the bed comfortable. We high recommend to friends etc and we hope to stay again.

Had a great time- Unit was beautiful- the views wonderful-the Lagoon was perfect for swimming & relaxing. We loved the idea of just going down in the lift to the shops and supermarket- so close to beach. Slept peaceful at night - very quiet - bed comfy. Hoping we can stay again.

This apartment is fantastic, all the photos on the web page are an accurate picture of everything at this resort. We had a great holiday and will have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends. The facilities were great too. The kids loved the indoor pool as well and it was always well heated.
