Unit 23 THe Sands at Beachside Yamba is a Penthouse situated on the top floor of Block B. This is a luxury Beachfront Apartment with a N>E. aspect and shelter from the south. The unit has the highest quality fittings throughout, while it is only 1 of 72 units in the Sands complex at Beachside it boasts of its breathtaking views to the South and North over Pippi Beach from the two front balconies.
The big feature of unit 23 is the balcony off the Master Bedroom and the other balcony off the living room , both overlooking the ocean where you can see the migrating Whales in the autumn and winter going north and spring and summer going south with their calves ,Dolopins can be seen frolicking in the waves.
This unit comes with 2 reverse cycle air conditioners which are only needed on very humid days or when it is snowing on the tablelands as we enjoy nice frest sea breezes off the ocean.
There are 2 pools (one heated),outside heated spar, BBQ ares, 2 Tennis courts,fitness gym, a rear balcony overlooking the garden. Security garage 2 side by side spaces.The en-suite has a full size bath with ocean views.
