Booking Conditions

Peak Period:
Summer School holidays over December and January and the Easter 4 day break. Peak begins mid December.
Minimum stay is 5 nights except for Easter when the minimum stay is 4 nights all at $400 per night.
Book 7 nights for $2500.

All Long Weekends: Minimum stay is 3 nights. $400 per night

Mid Period:
All other school holidays and to the shoulder months of February, March, April and October to mid December.
Minimum stay is 4 nights.
$350 per night or $2200 per week.

Off Peak Period:
The winter school terms. Minimum stay is 3 nights.
$300 per night or $1900 per week.
