The large modern home has recently been updated with new fixtures and fittings and is extremely comfortable with plenty of space, indoors and outdoors under large covered patios overlooking the pool and the rainforest. It is freshly painted and furnished stylishly for your comfort and relaxation. New split system airconditioning has been installed in every room. Guests love the new side by side Fridge freezer with ice and water!! Great in the tropics! Family size Dish Washer.
The new luxury ensuite is wonderful and has a spa bath, perfect for relaxing in style!

You can relax on the two Huge undercover patios furnished with comfortable seating and two sunloungers overlooking tropical rainforest and beautiful tropical gardens with paw paw, bananas, gingers and swimming pool. Watch the flying foxes at dusk in the trees behind the home! Listen to the waves pound the shore! Wake up to the birds talking!!
Cook dinner on the new barbeque, and dine alfresco.

All the rooms in the home are large. The home is fully air conditioned for your comfort. The floors are all tiled throughout. The home has a very relaxing laid back beachside feeling that guests comment on often.

The kitchen is oversize and has everything needed for your carefree holiday. A new fridge freezer with ice maker, stove and microwave,convenient dishwasher for all your cooking needs.
The home is meticulously clean and maintained to a high standard.

The three + bedrooms are very large and one has a king size bed, ones has queen bed, one has queen and one single, and another single bed can be added, if required. All linens are supplied, hotel pressed white sheets, white fluffy towels.

There is an additional outdoor shower.

The PALM COVE / Clifton Beach area is the most scenic beach area in Cairns area. It has a wide palm and bush fringed sandy beach for 5-6 kilometers. It extends from Palm Cove to Kewarra Beach. It is quite unspoiled and unpopulated and you can enjoy yourself without a crowd. It is a very relaxing place to visit or live. There a many picnic tables and BBq areas all down the beach. There are many shaded areas to enjoy the beach without all the sun.
At Palm Cove you can hire jet skis,board ferry or reef boats, fish, and much more. There are numerous resorts and cafes to stroll around and a small village to explore.
Cairns is a short 20 minute drive to shopping centres, and dining spots a plenty.
Cairns Tropical Zoo is located between Clifton and Palm Cove.
Skyrail is only 14 kilometers away to take you to Kuranda a rainforest town on the tablelands.
There are many waterfalls and small towns to visit on the Tablelands, only a hours drive away.
There is much to see and do here or relax and do nothing. The choice is yours!!
